Interface management toolbar

I am using the Interface Management>Show Interface management toolbar to limit what my domain admins can see. My questions are: how do I limit what the domain admins of one client can see but still allow the domain admins of another client to see all available controls? When I have restricted one it seems to be a global setting.

If it is possible to have different settings in each client - can these preferences be saved to a domain template?

Thanks - Jesse

WOW - Does no one have the answer to this question???
