Internal links not working any more

We just migrated from SB 2.1.3 to SB 3.0.2 on linux.

We noticed that every internal link is not working any more. Previous page published by Sitebuilder had a name like "page1239149482348.htm". New pages, instead, have a name like "page12.php".

Old internal links (i mean links in the acutal content of the page) still links to old name and thus they don't work.

Any ideas?
