• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Internal Server Error: PHP Script Creating / Updating csv files.

New Pleskian
Hi, I'm 3 weeks into setting up the new windows 2012 VPS using plesk. I'm moving from a previous windows VPS (not plesk based).

The PHP script I have works fine (previous and this VPS) with one option disabled. When I turn on the option, I get an internal server error. I have been careful to create the path to the folder (and have tried many folders to store the data). I've checked my understanding of paths through creation of ODBC database connectors.

My question: I am unable to find any error logs (php or server) other than the access logs where I see all of my actions. Is there a place where I should be able to see these errors?

Also, I've not changed any PHP settings or other server settings ... are there some that might be useful when reading / writing to text csv files?

Any pointers or throughs appreciated. Thanks in advance. Regards, Bruce
