interrupted upgrade leads to blank pages

Hi all
I have recently upgraded from plesk 12 to 12.5. The upgrade stalled for 14 hours so I restarted it.. everything seemed to go well but the header is broken and DNS / File management pages are broken.

I have run

plesk repair all

and

bootstrapper.sh repair

they both complete ... but no change to the interface.

I have tried removing and reinstalling DNS but no luck

Any ideas?
