Resolved Ioncube loader installation error

You are using PHP 8.0, but as far as I know ionCube loader is only available for PHP 8.1, not for PHP 8.0. Maybe you can try to change the PHP version to 8.1, then the installation should succeed.
Tools & Settings > Plesk > Updates > Add/Remove Components > Expand "Web Hosting" > Expand "PHP interpreter version" > Select PHP 8.1 > Continue.
