IP Address not present on the interface

I just noticed an IP, (that isn't one of mine) when I went to the "IP Address Management" screen. Here's what it has:

The IP is 10.2.5.70

Is there a reason this would be here? Is it OK to delete this IP? I have no idea where it came from.
