Issue IP addresses interface is not loading correctly

This server is 2012 R2.

The interface available at Tools & Settings >> IP addresses loads and shows all IP addresses.

Unfortunately, clicking on about half the IP addresses shows a page without some text replacements unassigned and little other data. Here's a copy & paste of some of the content:
