Okay, there is some rude person (long story) I wish to ban from my site, in the control panel, I see nothing about banning IP adresses, how would I do this? Is there something I am missing?

if you mean 'a complete bann'
it is impossible to do at Plesk panel,
there is only mail black listing,
i think it can be done with firewall.
