what could cause this? did any one has this problem? our server support told that he saw this problem on another plesk server?!

Any logs, related messages in logs, results of investigation and troubleshooting?

Investigation of IP address disappearance on OS level is usual Linux administrative task. I'm not sure that it is related to Plesk somehow.
