Hello everyone,

I have assigned an ip dedicated to a domain, but now the logs of the site only show the dedicated ip instead of the user who makes the visit, do you know how to solve this error?

do you have nginx as reverse proxy setup in the server ? Also do you have ipv6 or ipv4 in the server

I have configured the website through apache, the new dedicated IP is IPV4.
 
look at your services! Is nginx running or not? If it is running, you have two sources of configuration issuesm, not one. So then the error could be there.
