iPhone shows parallels as untrusted source

Hi, i hope i'm posting this issue in the right thread/section.

We are hosting our emails using Parallels 10.4.4 and one of our guys recently tried setting up their iPhone to retrieve emails off this email server - while setting up the email account on iPhone, it says Parallels is not a trusted provider...

Is there a security certificate that we need to update or maybe there's another direction that we need to look in to find a solution?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is because it is a self signed certificate, you will need to make a signed certificate with a SSL CA of your choice and install it to have a trusted source.

This does not actually impact the security of the connection it is still encrypted and secure with a self signed cert.
