• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi guys,
I’m trying to install Docker extension on Plesk with no success on my vps.
CPU
Intel Core Processor (Haswell, no TSX) (2 core(s))
Version
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.66_build1800241218.14 os_Debian 12.0
Operating System
Debian 12.9

When I try to install it I receive the following error:
docker The execution of post-install.php has failed with the following message: Execution installer has failed with exit code 1, stdout: , stderr: WARNING:__main__:Unable to download package information: Command '['apt-get', '-qq', 'update', '--allow-releaseinfo-change']' returned non-zero exit status 100. Trying to install requested packages using previously created cache. Cannot enable deb repository required for Docker engine

Here I cannot find Debian 12 in supported systems: Using Docker

I have Docker installed with the extension but I think I've installed docker manually then I installed the extension iirc, can't remember. Either case, install Docker manually by referring to Install Docker Engine on Debian then once it's installed install the extension in Plesk and it should just work.

Thank you for suggestion. I really don’t like to do workarounds when it should work natively, but if I will have no other choice will definitely try this.

Documentation looks a bit outdated - just tried to install Docker extension on my Plesk instance and everything went well. It seems like a problem with your repository cache/settings, guess you can run
apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change
and check the output.

Hello, everyone. Support for Debian 12 was added in Docker 1.8.1. Thus, you should not encounter any issues during the installation. @mdmd Thank you for pointing out about the documentation. It will be updated.
