• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved is it possible to transfer black/whitelists on new Plesk Server

Server operating system version

Hi,

we moved to a new server and now the blacklists from our customers are lost. is it possible to copy all? We used the plesk migration tool and made a full backup before without customer data.

thank you

I am not sure which black/whitelists you are specifically referring to, but you can find the black/whitelists for the following services inside these files:
  • SpamAssassin: /ect/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
  • Postfix: /var/spool/postfix/plesk/blacklists.db
  • Fail2ban: /etc/fail2ban/jail.local
Hope this helps.

Hey,
thank you, i searched for the user defined lists, but i found it right in this moment. Export and import complete table emailsecurity in phpmyadmin works fine.
