Question Is there any way to block sites like Wappalyzer from detecting which technical software is used on my site?

English version: Oh! God! It knows too much! I tried to block or spare its detection, but luckily I was able to add a line of code to PHP so that the site wouldn't detect my PHP version information, but that's nowhere near good enough! The most I can do is let it detect what server my site is using, the protocol (HTTP/3), encryption information, etc.

Does Wappalyzer visit a site with a unique "browser name" that is logged to access_log?
