Issue when i try to log in via ftp

Status: Connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not connect to server


I don't know what can i do with this....
I tried lot of options and nothing and also reinstall xinetd
My plesk version: psa v12.0.18 and os_Ubuntu 14.04.

This looks like a known problem. Have you checked KB - http://kb.odin.com/en/929 ?

I had FTP issues as well ... had to manually reconfigure a bunch of stuff ( spent 2 hours ) but i'm running 12.5 Update4, here is my post: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-12-5-rtm-cannot-connect-to-ftp.334726/#post-786880

But i still can't see the scoreboard inside Plesk panel ...
