  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue with Outlook and Plesk 9.3.0

Hi,

I have updated plesk to 9.3.0 on a debian 5.0 (lenny).

Since that, some my clients with Outlook have this issue when they send an email :

451 qq read error (#4.3.0)

The mail is sent correctly but they have this error.

I have tried to delete the account, recreate it but no results ...

Any ideas ??

I can assume that there are some broken or missing handlers. Try to rebuild it:

- backup content of

/usr/local/psa/handlers/before-local/
/usr/local/psa/handlers/before-queue/
/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/

directories just in case.

- delete all from these directories.
- rebuild mailsettings and handlers with

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

I hope it will help.
