Question It tells me unsafe site with .mp4 video on my page

Hello: I have the following situation, I have a site in html which works without problem with https until I get to the page that has a video .mp4. When I access that page it immediately tells me an unsafe site, looking in the logs it only generates the following error:

Unable to display the file /var/www/vhosts/sce2020.com/httpdocs/sceodas/storage/ALT2040010106/media/ALT2040-T1-Pentagono_converted.mp4: Unsupported file format.
