Issue Joomla Toolkit is not listed

Hi.

I can't find the Joomla Toolkit extension on my Plesk installation.
If I look under my licenses in Plesk under settings and other licenses It says "

EXT.xxxxxxxx.xxxx

ext-joomla-toolkit

Joomla! Toolkit

So it seems that I should be able to install the extension, but I don't know where to find it.

Is there a way to find out what's wrong?
