Resolved Joomla Toolkit scan fails

Hello,

I am using the Joomla! Toolkit on my PLESK server, but it recently stopped working. There were multiple broken instances listed, which were no Joomla installations at all. I could delete some of them, but not all. When I hit the search button to discover Joomla installations, the following error message appeared:

The task "ext-joomla-toolkit-task\scan" has failed.

• Array sizes are inconsistent

I uninstalled the Joomla! Toolkit completely and now there is not a single instance shown, but the scan error still appears. After uninstalling and installing the server again, including two server restats, the problem still persists and is not solvable for me.

Hello, Tobias. The issue could be due to corrupted records. Could you please check what entries related to the Joomla extension are being logged at /var/log/plesk/panel.log? If there are any similar to the one mentioned in the following guide, please try applying the solution:

If not, please still share the logs with us.

Hello,

that worked for me! Unluckily you have to check every single database for a missing name value. I did not expect that the problem is located in the Joomla! extensions table, since the installation has not been changed recently and the Joomla! Toolkit scan worked previously.
