• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Kaspersky and second IP

Basic Pleskian
I am running my Server with 2 IP-addresses configured in Plesk. The first (eth0:) is for all domains except one, the second (eth0:1) is only for that single domain.

Recently I purchased a licence-key for KAV but that doesn't work. I can't do tests on the second IP since it is the domain of a customer where I can't send dummy-virus-files to. On the first IP my mails with attached dummy-viruses (EICAR) pass through without any change.

When I look into the logfiles I see the following line:

You don't have enough network licenses for configured number of network clients. MaxClients reduced to 1

My question is now: How can I configure KAV to use only the first IP?

Thanks a lot,
