Question Keep Alive additional NGIX Directive Apache (HTTP2) with Nginx

I have under additional Apache Directives (Http and Https ) the following settings:

Smart File Processing / On

Additional Nginx Directives:

As I use Cloudflare as well, how can I enable the Keep Alive Settings for Nginx under additional Directives as well? What would be a good value for best performance?
