Issue Keep website secured in SSL page, makes sunscription locked.

Basic Pleskian
When i click on Keep website secured in SSL page, my sunscription is locked. I have to have this option disabled to have subscription synced. Also when creating subscription there is no opt to define anything about ssl. Is it bug ?
