Kmemsize warning on upgrade

Am trying to upgrade Plesk 10 to a later version (let's say 10.4.4, although I could go higher), but there's always a screen in the telling me about various UBC exceeds.

When it says kmemsize exceeded 253858228 times does that mean that I'm using 253858228 times more kmem than I'm allocated, or does it mean that in the course of the last x months the kmemsize limit has been busted on 253858228 occasions?

And am I safe to go ahead and upgrade, or should I sort kmemsize (and tcpsndbuf, which also has exceeds on it) before I go ahead?

Thanks
