Language default and accessibility

Hello, fellas.

i have the follow situation:

my native language and of my customers is Portuguese, but i use for admin access English.
in Tool and settings i set Portuguese like a default language, disable all others and let English enable too.
untill here its ok

what happen is some subscription got default language in English, so i need to access this and change on hand by preferences.

question:

exist an way to change this in all accounts in same time like a "global change"?
