Language pack

I want to install Turkish language pack to my server but i could not find how ?
I have already bought additional language pack lisence.

Just install it as usual rpm or deb package. But I have not found Turkish LP here - http://www.parallels.com/download/plesk/utilities/

But i see that some firms are using Turkish language pack. Where do they find this

Most probably they have created own Turkish localization with http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Doc/en-US/plesk-9.3-unix-l10n-guide/
