Language Problem

First, sorry for my bad english!

I have plesk 7 for win with 1 lang key and i want to change my plesk's language to german, but I can see only the english language.

plesk_7.0_languagepack_040723.19_de -> I can't install this msi. Errormessage "Error applying transform. Verify that the specified transform phats are valid." whats wrong?

I hope somebody can help me please!

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem.
Du musst in der Systemsteuerung Region auf Deutschland setzen, nicht auf Schweiz.
