Latest Update #43 Took Away port 587 in Postfix?

BizMarquee

Basic Pleskian
I added it back via the /etc/postfix/master.cf but was something in Update #43 supposed to take away the submission port in Postfix? I added it back, but will it do that again in the future?

There was nothing regarding port 587 but I'm afraid that any starting of mail_restore process will break your custom configuration.

Try to use Plesk interface for enabling submission port instead of manual configuration in config file.

And how do I do that? I went into the mail server settings and didn't see a checkbox for it. Where is it on Plesk 11?

Oh jeez I think I just found it: "Enable message submission" ? Will this make the setting stick even though updates?

Yes, try to use this option instead manual modification of config files.
