• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
    We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
    If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
    MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Hi,

I'm trying to (re)issue a certificate for a domain, and LE says:

Code:
Encountered issues while issuing the certificate for www.domain.com
Details
Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/242299753857.
Details:
Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized
Status: 403
Detail: 2606:4700:3031::6815:3843: Invalid response from https://www.domain.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/4jDhLSxIWYvzRfOoZ1H6mj26XMWEb4A59AF-D-B9kLQ: 526

How to fix it? Is it doing ACME and not DNS challenge?

This essentially means that the IPv6 address of your domain is not pointing to the IPv6 address of your Plesk server.

The IPv6 address in your error message belongs to Cloudflare, which indicates that you are using Cloudflare (at least) for IPv6.

So you'll either have to change the IPv6 address of your domain to the IPv6 address of your Plesk server (so that both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are pointing to your Plesk server) or you'll have to point your IPv4 address to Cloudflare too and follow the steps outlined here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...oudflare-s-Full-Strict-encryption-with-Plesk-
