Issue Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal failure (customer's digest) sent even if disabled

Hi,

I seem unable to disable the mail containing "Could not secure domains of ... with Let`s Encrypt certificates" even though i've disabled the checkboxes in the notification settings.

Am I the only one here? Does anybody have a resolution for this? I really don't need those emails every day since we have other mechanisms of monitoring this
