• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved Lets Encrypt mail certificate

New Pleskian
Hi,

a question from a Ubuntu / Plesk newbie.
I cant get my pop / imap certificate renewed with the Lets Encrypt certificate. The situation is as followed: I have a Ubuntu 16.04.3 VPS server with plesk installed. my domain is protected with SSL by lets encrypt and a few days ago the certificate had to be renewed which went fine but not for pop/imap, there it still tells me the certificate is expired.
mydomain.nl and webmail.mydomain.nl are working with the renewed certificate.

can someone point me in the right direction on applying this certificate for pop/imap as well ?

Thanks in advance !

Hi Igor, thank you for your reply ! as a matter of fact there has been an update on my server yesterday and Lets Encrypt has been updated to a newer version so I renewed once again and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you for the suggestion !
