Hi,

I currently have a Linux-Server with a Pro-Licence. I know think about move to a newer hardware. But my provider do not offer the Pro-Licence for this money any more. I now have 2 questions:

1. does an Alias domain and a subdomiain count for the 10 allowed domains?
2. Can I restore a backup done from the PRO-Version to the WEB ADMIN version?

Thx and best regards.

Hello, I just asked myself the question how the domains are counted in Plesk. I have 25 active customer domains and 6 personal domains. My personal domains are not included in the calculation with the command: "plesk db "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM psa.domains WHERE parentDomainId = 0"".

So are domains in your own subscription not included in the license?

What is the difference between customer and personal domain in your opinion?
my first guess is that the 6 personal Domains are part of the 25 and are related to customers in their profile

Thomas is correct. The number of personal domains are included in the count of total domains (the 25 in your example). So that would be 25 domains of which 6 are (seen as) personal.
