• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

License key invalid after 9.2.3 to 9.5.4 update

I just ran an update from 9.2.3 to 9.5.4 which worked fine. Now I have been locked out of Plesk with the message:
"The license key is invalid. In order to use the Parallels Plesk Panel, please obtain and install a new functioning license key."

This goes on to tell me I only have a license for 1 domain etc.

I didn't think that a new license was required to update from version 9.x to 9.x?!

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Yes, you should update your license. Contact your sales representative.

Would this effect emails? Email service seems very unreliable now?
