  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I installed 9.5.2 , but git the following msg in my panel :

Error: The license key is invalid. In order to use the Parallels Plesk Panel, please obtain and install a new functioning license key.
You are trying to use license key created for other version of Parallels Plesk Panel. Contact Parallels sales representatives to get the correct license key.
The amount of currently used resources overrides the limits defined by your license.
The number of web sites hosted on the server exceeds the limits defined by your license. You have 9 sites hosted; your license allows hosting only 1 sites.
The number of served client accounts exceeds the limits defined by your license. You have 3 client accounts currently served; your license allows serving only 2 client accounts.
The number of served e-mail accounts exceeds the limits defined by your license. You have 8 e-mail accounts currently served; your license allows serving only 1 e-mail accounts.


It was running fine previously with 9.3 .....
 
License key from Plesk 9.3 version is not compatible with Plesk 9.5 version and should be upgraded. Contact your sales representative with this question.

I understand .... I sent an email to Paris Office... I belive I should go to a Small Business licence (few customers)

however
I cannot access anymore my current customers info.... (9.5.2 is installed and I cannot go back to 9.3)
can I get a Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.2 temp licence to help me in moving to the Small Business plan ? or is the Small Business able to get all curent informations ....

You can request trial license from your sales representative too.
 
License Key Issues PLESK 9.5.x upgrade

I too had the same issue after upgrading from 9.3.x to 9.5.x however once I rebooted I had to accept the new license and user agreement and my key updated... everything is working fine now.
