• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

License key problem (after backup restore)

Katana

New Pleskian
Greetings,
I have a problem with license key after backup restore. I have a backup from a few days ago and now I wanna do backup restore on another machine. I installed everything needed for plesk 7.5.6 and copied files needed for backup restore. Everything went smooth with testing backlup files and with restoring backup. But, the problem is when I want to logon I get the msg that I dont have a key. In Plesk, at the key number line is this: plsk.00000000.0000.

I tried few times wiht restore and every time everyting went ok untill logon...

So, how can I restore key from the backup? ( I checked option in restore backup "Restore the key from backup" and "Restart Control Panel").
Or is there any other way to get a key from the other machine?

Thank you very much

Plesk 7.5.6 is installed on both machines
