strange problem - hope, anyone can help me ...

Getting: Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license (PLSK.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). To update your product license use the Retrieve Keys function of License Manager.

So far so good, but if i try to do this, an download window pops up and send me an
empty keyupdate.php

So, what to do ?
