I am running 8.0.1 RedHat el4 80060713.16 and have a vaild license. The six month update has come and gone and the update has failed. When I attempt to manually update the license I get-

Key update temporarily disabled because of starting

A restart of psa does not help. I have also attempted to upload the old license which fails becuase it is out of date as expected. Firewall rules allow outgoing and incoming traffic on the psa update port.
This appears to be some problem in the update checking which for some reason thinks something is not fully started.
Please help!
