Here in the manual :

It says :
"To limit the number of simultaneous connections to the anonymous FTP server"
How do we set the limit of simultaneous file connections to a regular user ? For Instance, we might want to limit certain users to have 5 files downloading at a time, other users may be able to download 15 files at a time. Where is that setting ?
