Link to _blank page

In the editor that displays the content on the Publish page, I setup a link and chose the option (when adding a link to text), to open the page in a New Window.

_blank

But it does not open in the new window. Maybe something isn't right in the code.

Mmm, Steve I didn't get where it is I just tried WYSIWYG on the Edit step, pressed Preview and "_blank" link works just fine.

We are reinstalling to Plesk 8.2 and will install sitebuilder again. I will see if that takes care of this. Maybe something was in memory.
