Lisence breaks on plesk 9.5.4 !? **URGENT

URGENT FOR PARALLELS TEAM ** URGENT **

I am running 2 servers with Plesk 9.5.4 up to date.

One box also says I am on grace period !!!

Tried disabling fully the firewall and restarting psa and sw-cp-server but no change !!!
Server runs centos 64 bit.

Now both servers when you go to license managment return a 500 internal server error.

On log "/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log" I get these errors

Some time ago the cause of similar problems was traced down to corrupted DNS entries in the database. Normally, each record in domains and domainaliases tables should have each own record in dns_zone, but there they shared the same single record. Every operation that updates the DNS, was confusing the program causing our PHP engine to crash. It was unclear, how the corruption did happen.
Try to check it at least. If it not help and problem is really urgent for you - contact support team for detailed investigation directly on your server.

Thanks for your reply. Yes Igor thats really urgent to me.
I don't know what is causing it. But it happened in both servers after last "micro" upgrade of plesk.

How can I contact the support team and give them access to investigate on the server since plesk doesn't give us direct parallels support when the license is proviced by the datacenter ?

This is really urgent since the server will go down as it says unless it updates the key !!!
