Error re-asigning a domain

Re: 2) Error re-asigning a domain from one subscriber to another
When trying to reassign domains from one subscriber to another and the domain is assigned to a decicated IP it gives this error.

"The IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is available only as none." and does not allow any of the selected domains to be moved.
(note: xxx hide real IP)

So how do I fix this? I have migrated customers locked out of their control panel until I can repair this issue.

Is there a patch that needs installed?

I have just updated the base package. Not sure what it was....I'm assuming it was MU11 however I cannot find any release documentation for it. But point 4 on the first post is still very much an issue.
I have had to rename websrvmng and run it manually to prevent my users getting white screens where php has crashed!

This tells me nothing, as this is where I already checked. The last MU on here was 10 and that was feb 25th. Its now March 13th, the update i installed today would have shown up over that past 2-3 days.
