Issue Litespeed WebAdmin Console Not Accessible

Ubuntu 20.04 x64
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.45 Update #2
When I try to access the Litespeed WebAdmin Console I receive a "This site can’t be reached" error. I disabled the firewall but that didn't help. Thanks.
