we want to do changes to the DNS zone files
    without login in into plesk.

Anyone knows where are these files located ???

and any one has ever modified any of them outside plesk ?

On a normal Plesk 6 or 7 server, they are located in /var/named/run-root/var (zone files), and in /var/named/run-root/etc (named.conf).

I do modify mine manually, then keep backups of all files elsewhere, since anytime you make certain changes in the Plesk control panel, named.conf and zone files *might* be overwritten.
