• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Locked Firewall... but no ssh access!

I'm locked out of ssh'ing into my server due to a locked Firewall module.

My home IP changed so I attempted to update my firewall rules. The new rules appear to be correct (but still no ssh access). When trying to remove the ssh restrictions (two IPs in the allow list), the message '' is given.

Most solutions suggest command line access... any other ideas? I did try a reboot to clear Plesk settings... no help.

Note: I can not use the Java SSH either (I'm guessing that is due to the IP restrictions!).

Note 2: I'm at 9.0.0 but really, really don't want to update. I spent a week on the 8.6 to 9.0.0 upgrade!!! DB did not update completely... :p

Thanks
