Input log disable

After so many years should be an option to disable apache and nginx access log and create only error logs
I know how to do with the domain templates but is annoying every tim eneed to update to delete the custom template, update and recreate

I don't think we'll ever do that, because it completely cancels out an important feature like webstats, for example.

I wouldn't be so categorical.
I suggest you create a feature request on Plesk UserVoice and if it's popular enough, we'll consider implementing it.
