Issue Login backend | application.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

Hello, everybody,
Unfortunately, I have a problem I don't know what to do.

Error:
You can login to the Plesk backend via port :8443, input of user & password seems to be correct, but instead of the backend you get the following error message in the browser.

The file /opt/psa/admin/htdocs/application.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

What have I done so far:
I have already deleted the temporary files via URL:8443/repair/
Then I used the console (Ubutnu 16.04) to run plesk repair all.
Unfortunately nothing helped.
Also a restart of the server or the services was without success.

It is related to corrupted Plesk backup extension.
Navigate to Extensions > My Extensions and find all backup related extension and reinstall them through remove and install.
