Login error 500

Hi, i have just updated the plesk panel to 10.2.0 and when i try to login i get the 500 - Internal server error.

even if i press F5 to reload, error still appearing..

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

how to solve this??
 
Do you have any related errors in Windows Event Viewer?
