Login failed

I can't login as administrator even if I insert the correct username and password. Also all other users can't login.

I've tried to change the admin password (plesksrvclient.exe) but it doesn't work.

I've also tried to reboot the server and restart plesk-services...but I still have the same problem.

Can you help me?
