login in joomla preview??

I have created a domain for a customer and we are loading the jomla in a special directory for him.
In plesk preview site option I am able to load the joomla admin login screen writting at the end the adress of the page but I always get an error of login instead I have chcked the login and password.
Can anyone check it and tell me if I am doign any wrong?
