Login Incorrect while loggin in to domain control panel

Hello,

When I try to access the domain control panel using the url:

https://<myserverip>:8443 i always get a "login incorrect" error.

I tried using the username from the psa.sys_users table and password from the psa.accounts table.

Please help...

One note to add..

Also tried changing the windows password for the user..

Could it be some kind of file permission problem? Just a guess
