• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Login is incorrect

Hello,

Starting today, my server decided to fail every login attempt. A lot of errors were shown on the page after entering a username and password. I found a link through Google that let me alter permissions on cmd.exe (allow instead of deny SYSTEM:F). That problem seems to be solved, but now every login attempt returns the error "Error: login is incorrect".

It is just like every time a wrong password is entered. Funny thing is that even though wrong passwords seem to be entered, the accounts aren't blocked after some attempts.

Please help me find a solution to this problem?

Kind regards,
Marcus Smit

Never mind...

Never mind. It appears that I was using a wrong password. I _really_ did believe i changed the 'admin'-password, but apparantly not..

Thanks anyway for anyone who was going to reply...
